PAKISTAN (KARACHI): The Pak rupee is once again on the downward slope in interbank market, as the dollar crossed Rs85 limit after four months.Pak rupee surged 35 paisas to be bought at Rs84.95 and sold at Rs85.Forex Market dealers said the rupee cross the threshold of Rs85 versus dollar after March 4.Dealers said the rupee devaluation was caused owing to the payments worth $70 million by the importers.
